Aamir,

If there is no restriction or leading toward a particular solution, then any
of them should be fine. Rememeber that ip precedence over laps with the
DSCP.

So something like:

..... conform-action set-dscp-transmit 46 exceed-action set-dscp-transmit 46

OR

..... conform-action set-prec-transmit 5 exceed-action set-prec-transmit 5

Are good candidates, when in doubt do ask the proctor and do not forget to
enable or confirm that 'ip cef' is enabled.
