hello GS

i just got a 3825 ISR , when it came there was config on from the previous
owner , i coud see the serial interfaces , and even some frame relay configs
on it . but as soon as i wr e and reload the router they were gone. just
the E1 controllers .

i believe is something new i dont know . any one has an idea on how to bring
them up.
