On R2 you can enter the "max-metric router-lsa" command that will tell R2
to advertise all of its routes with a maximum allowable metric, therefore,
R3 will take R1 to get to any route.
But if I understand the question correctly you don't want R3 to receive any
routes from R2, in that case you can enter the following command on R2's
interface to R3:
Ip ospf database-filter-all out
