You'll end up with extra matches there. With a mask of .6 in the first
octet, you will match on 1,3,5,7 (and it will rewrite it to 51.1.0.1 and
51.1.0.9)

.6 is 00000110, so those two bits not caring about what values are used,
substitute 00, 01, 10 and 11 back in to see your matches.
