Frame relay IETF

Group,

R1,R2 and R3 hub and spoke , R3 is hub. R2 uses ietf encapsulation on FR
interface..

If it is IETF enacpsulation on R2 then on hub R3 do I have use following
command or no need of mentioning ietf

frame-relay map ip 123.123.123.2 302 ietf broadcast

frame-relay map ip 123.123.123.3 203  broadcast
frame-relay map ip 123.123.123.1 203
