Erase deleted files in Flash

Hi guys, sorry for this silly question, but I want to erase (destroy) the
files that are in the flash with out needing to erase all files that are in
there

Rack2R4#show flash:

The flash shows that the file is deleted, but it is still there and using
space

I rebooted the router but without luck
