if you use match input-interface under the policy-map that should still
work, assuming e0/0 is not also being used for other transit traffic. You
can also do an ACL to match the vlan...
Rack1R2#sh policy-map int s0/0
Serial0/0
Service-policy output: qos
Class-map: test (match-all)
50 packets, 5200 bytes
30 second offered rate 2000 bps, drop rate 0 bps
Match: input-interface FastEthernet0/0
Queueing
Output Queue: Conversation 265
Bandwidth 50 (%)
Bandwidth 772 (kbps) Max Threshold 64 (packets)
(pkts matched/bytes matched) 0/0
(depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 0/0/0
QoS Set
precedence 3
Packets marked 50
Class-map: class-default (match-any)
11 packets, 638 bytes
30 second offered rate 0 bps, drop rate 0 bps
Match: any
