Yeap your are correct about the task, that means also no frame-relay map at
all :-)
But since R4 Main Interface that has the 401 DLCI Active has no IP Address,
the (_static_ or _dynamic_ )? mapping would not occur, Maybe something Im
missing, but I reloaded the routers several times and debugged the
information and a Dynamic Mapping is not created. I did not read the OSPF
Part, so the frame-relay reachability is not accomplish with map statements

Victor,
AFAIR the goal was to use MINIMUM manual FR mappings. The best
way do that is to use Inverse-ARP, thus ending with zero number of
static mappings.
All you need to do is just put unnecessary DLCIs out of the dynamic
business with "no frame-relay inverse-arp IP"
