Hi there Sami,
You can have more than one IPv6 address on an interface. If you do
"show ipv6 interface brief" then you'll see you address and the
link-local address on the router.
Grab yourself a coffee and watch the free class on demand from the
mighty Brian's. It's very good and will clear up quite a few things
(including your ping problem ;-) )
