Ipv6 bug

I spent 1 hour just figuring out why my ipv6 is not working, everything
looks good but I am not able to ping IPV6 address

interface Serial0/1/0
 bandwidth 10000
 ip address 191.1.23.2 255.255.255.0
 ip pim dense-mode
 encapsulation ppp
 ipv6 address address 2001:CC1E:1:23::2/64
 ipv6 enable
!

and some I found by mistake I entered ipv6 address address ...IOS accept
two times address , it shold have given an error when I enter address two
times like normal ipv4

Just for your info...I thing this is a bug
