Congratulations on passing so convincingly, you clearly demonstrate deep
undertanding of the topics with your posts.

I'd like to draw a clarification to what you describe below with reference
to some debugs that I posted on the NMC BBS site.

From these debugs you will see that there has to be three general queries
prior to the query-max-response-time being activiated. Your description of
the LMQI and LMQC is accurate though I believe.
