Usually, with IGMPv2, you have two options to purge group state:
1) query-max-response-time (if nobody answers in that period group state
is purged. 10 seconds by default.
2) last-member-query-[interval|count]. These two timers control "leave"
message
processing. Receiving "leave", router immediately sends GSQ with
"max-response-time" set to "last-member-query-interval".
If after "count" requests sent with "interval" timespan nobody replies,
group state is purged. By default they have interval=1 and count=2.
