OSPF bandwidth

Again , I would like to ask experts what is the best practise and what
approach is better in real lab exam ..task says load balance traffic over FR
and ethernet link..OSPF is running on both the links..ip ospf cost command
is not allowed.. I changed the bandwidth of ethernet interface to
1.544MBand load balancing is fine .

Now my question ...should I change bandwidth of serial to 10 MB or change
bandwidth of ethernet to 1.544 MB ?

It's all up to whether you see glass half full or half empty , although I
always see glass half full.
