Here's my secret step-by-step :)

1. Open up univercd homepage and navigate to 12.3 (I sometime do 12.2 as
well).
2. Copy the URL starting from www and up to ios123 (122 for that matter).
3. Then Google it. If you specific enough, it usually appears as one of the
top 10 search result. This is a much better way to search than Cisco's
search engine. Here's an example:

site:www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios123 ip
traffic-export

4. Go through the links. Then, click on "Contents" to go up a level in
Documentations. Go up another level if necessary.

Note: I don't walk around memorizing how to configure NTP or
802.1xauthentication. Just copy and paste from docCD if possible. Of
cause, one
has to understand why and when to paste certain required commands.
