This is not what u r looking for but you could just set the max prefixes
for each neighbor in a way to total how many you want to learn overall.
Most of the time you know how many routes to expect from each neighbor
so you can just add a little cushioning to each.

a specific neighbor in BGP...and take a number of actions (warning,
etc). However, I was going through the docCD and trying to find out if
there was a way to limit the total number of prefixes learned
