GLBP issue

I was configuring GLBP in the lab and ran into an issue with a
configuration between two routers, R2 and R4. R2 is the meant to be the
active router. However, using object tracking....I would like R4 to
become the active router. This easily works with HSRP and VRRP, but
GLBP has me stumped, even after going through all the docCD information
on this. Thoughts?

R2.....
!
track 1 interface Serial0/0 line-protocol
!
interface FastEthernet0/0
 ip address 40.4.4.2 255.255.255.0
 duplex auto
 speed auto
 glbp 1 ip 40.4.4.10
 glbp 1 priority 105
 glbp 1 preempt
 glbp 1 weighting 110 lower 90
 glbp 1 authentication text cisco
 glbp 1 weighting track 1 decrement 20
!
interface Serial0/0
 ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay

R4......
!
!
interface FastEthernet0/0
 ip address 40.4.4.4 255.255.255.0
 duplex half
 speed 10
 glbp 1 ip 40.4.4.10
 glbp 1 preempt
 glbp 1 authentication text cisco

R2 (show glbp).....
