Broadcast Keyword for IPv6 Frame Relay Map

When running IPv6 over multipoint frame relay, is it necessary to add the
broadcast keyword to both the site-local and link-local mappings?

It is my understanding that with IPv4 you only need to configure the
broadcast keyword once per pvc no matter how many addresses you map to that
pvc.
