You gotta get your 1st CCIE, and then get hired. Then depending on the type of employer, for example if the employer is silver or gold partner and sees a big mpls project coming up, they will definitely pay for your 2nd ccie in sp. They will only invest in you if they are sure they can make millions because of you, it all business dude.
