Hi George, just check that BB2 has this line:
Neighbor [R1s ip add] remote-as 5
That should solve your problem

On 130.130.2.254, do you have a statement that peers with AS5, since you
are telling AS 6 to look as though it is AS 5 (by using the local-AS
command)?

Both BB1 & BB2 are in AS 100
R1 & R2 are in AS 6
