Hi group,
Looking at the command "ip verify unicast reverse-path" being enabled on an interface to do an rpf check on source addresses of ip packets received, wouldn't this command have effect only if IP processing is enabled on that particular interface?
The reason being is in Solution Guide for IEWBv3 Lab16 Task9.1, this command is enabled on R2's int fa0/0 instead of BVI1. Maybe someone could point me to my mistake in understanding that IP processing is not enabled on R2's int fa0/0 since a "show ip int fa0/0" to verify the command "ip verify unicast reverse-path" states "Internet protocol processing disabled".
Thanks everyone in advance.
