Hi Ajaz,
Just the CSS - I've tried the same physical port to other devices (such 
as a 2651xm) and it works just fine.  That's what makes it so odd to me...
My first thought is that it's a CSS problem... but I can access the SCM 
using my PC running SecureCRT (set at 9600/8/N/1) + a rollover cable 
(the type with the molded DB9 end).
