i would say that putting the path R-A in Area 1 and
path R-B in Area 2 should do it.

This would make R an ABR, hence requiring Area 0
connection. Do VL to A and another to B from R

A,B,C would share Area 0 on ethernet.

put L10 in A1, L20 in A2. this will make them
IntraArea routes and will be preferred. (after VL is
established)
