outside-to-inside nat (reversible)

Does anyone have a working config for this? i.e. with interface addressing
and routes as well....

I just can't get the outside-to-inside to work unless the inside initiates
the connection out. Once the nat entry is in state, then outside can connect
in, but this is independent of the reversible keyword being applied.

Maybe I have the wrong end of the stick with the reversible keyword ! Does
anyone know what it is for??
