Dude,
I took the lab 4 times and with exception of my
passing the 4th time, my first try was my best.
Just keep trying and keep improving your weak areas.
Also get a handle on your speed, you'll want about
an 1-1.5 hours at the end of the test to check
things. completing the test too close to the finish
line leaves you with no wiggle room.
Between each try I had 3-4 months gap, and over
those 3-4 months studied daily. You'll get it, it's
really about determination as much as learning the
technology.
oh...Dont tie your success to a particular workbook,
find what works for you. If you find yourself acing
the labs in a workbook, get another and maybe
another. I ended up with over 4 vendors workbooks.
You dont want to get locked into a particular
methodology, you may get too comfortable. Always try
to shake things up, test yourself and then you'll be
pleasantly surprised at test day.
