Thank you for your response but I would like that this SPA to be used for
STM1 and STM4.

For example:

For using this card for STM1 link I put a SFP-OC3-IR1
For using the same card for STM4 link I put a SFP-OC12-IR1

Is this correct?

It looks to me like you need the PA-POS-1OC3 to support the SFP your
looking for.
