There are companies using voip over VSAT in Saudi. I think Al-marai is
one of them. You may call their IT and take a feed-back.

I have about 1000 users that use VoIP over Satellite. Round trip
latency is about 501ms. As long as you can't see the other person
speaking you don't really notice the dealy. I've had no problems with
echo.
