Do you have a leak map on the summary address? Can you post your
relevant config?

Thanks , I did not advertise it. Now I did. it works. Thers another
issue. I get the summary address as well as the individual addresses.
As per the lab requirement , other routers in the eigrp domain should
only see the summary address.
