Hello,
One could also assign any cost to summary prefix (type 3, InterArea)
due to "distance-vector" behavior of OSPF in respect to Inter-Area routes.
R5(config-router)#area 1 range 1.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 cost ?
<0-16777215> Advertised metric for this range
