Brian,
you are right about running back to back frame relay connection without
disbaling keepalives. but looking through your link shows that one of the
routers is acting as a frame relay switch. meaning that on those interfaces
of the router acting as a frame relay switch you cannot route, you can only
switch. in this context disabling keepalive is what will help Mr. Simon. but
its really good to know about other options in life.
