Before I had a static IP I used a combination of DynDns.org, and
DirectUpdate. DirectUpdate is a utility you run on the inside, if your IP
changes, it can email you the new IP, and update DynDns.org. DynDns.org will
register a domain for you .ie example.dnsalias.com Then you could always
reach your rack by name. DynDns is free, and DirectUpdate is shareware.
