This answers all your questions(I am sure the link will be broken so
copy/paste url). Look under "RTP Header-Compression Keywords"

Subject: frame-relay header compression

Dear GS ,

Go some little issues with the abouve command.

   1. if you are to compress all RTP header in a PPPoFR , do you apple
the command under the virtual-template of on the physical
interface(assuming
you want to compress RTP header on all VCs)

ie

VIPER(config)#int s0

 VIPER(config-if)#frame-relay ip rtp header-compression

Or

VIPER(config-if)#int virtual-template 1

VIPER(config-if)#ip rtp he

VIPER(config-if)#ip rtp header-compression

   1. Second issue is that after configuring on the Virtual-Template
interface a show command yields the following result

VIPER(config-if)#do sh run int virtual-tem 1

Building configuration...

Current configuration : 148 bytes

!

interface Virtual-Template1

 ip address 192.168.0.222 255.255.255.0

 ip rtp header-compression iphc-format

end

what is this thing iphc-format ? never seen it , can someone give me a
better explation of refer me to some reference.

TIA

Hashiru
