Discontiguous OSPF Area 0 networks not showing up

I have a discontiguous Area 0 connected by a virtual link and routes are not
showing up in Router 4 (CR4). Any ideas what is wrong?

Architecture:

Router 4 (Main Area 0) <-> Area 1 (normal) <-> Router 3 (Discontiguous
Area 0)

   Lo0 - 4.4.4.4
Lo0 - 3.3.3.3

                                    < - virtual-link - >

Subnet 66.163.1.0/24 (not showing in ip route table on Router 4)

Output:

 CR4-2501#show ip ospf virtual-links

Virtual Link OSPF_VL0 to router 3.3.3.3 is up
