I don't have the T3 in them, but tested with Smartbits passing traffic
between the GE interfaces and here are some results:
Mb/s                 Packet Size                CPUUtil
20                    64-byte                      90%
34                    100-byte                    90%
500                  1500-byte                  90%
Now, this is straight L3 to L3 interface, basic config. The router could push
bit higher than these numbers running up to 100% but it could give you an 
idea of what to expect. It would seem for "typical" internet traffic you'd
have no issue as far as performance.
