My 2 cents:

I have a MBA, and right now I have the CCNP. I hope I will pass the CCIE next
week (April 11th) at RTP on my second try.

I love working with networks, the MBA doesnt help me to get jobs like that,
the CCNP has made me get interesting jobs.
So in my particular point of view, getting a CCNP its better than a MBA!!!!!

Its all about what you want..... isnt?
