Actually, it has not been configured as the prompt.

If you look at the output supplied, it looks like the router goes into a
loop.

'Technical Support:' is just part of about the third or fourth line on
reboot.

The first thing I would try is to go into rommon and load another IOS image.

Hi Hashiru,

I believe that the configuration has been modified to give you the prompt
"Technical Support:"

so please type " configure terminal " at that prompt
and then type " no prompt Technical Support:"

I hope these commands will take you back to your original hostname followed
by the # prompt, viz., " Hisharu#"
