The point is that someone may be having a little fun at your expense. You
can change prompts from "Router>" to whatever you want.
So, forget about what it's telling you, go in like you always would:
Enable
(password)
Config t
No prompt Technical Support: (or "no prompt")
^Z
Now you'll be back. You can also use "show run" here and see if there are
other obnoxious things that someone left behind. I used to do things like
that in my CIT classes just to mess with student's heads. (grin)

the Issue is that the router does not boot to the command line, it usually
get stucked @ the Technical Support. Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Z does not work . any
ideas ?
