Cool stuff, I have been following this for awhile. Funny though with this
passage in the doc
"With the initial
release of Cisco IOS Software Modularity, patches will be provided in the
form of Maintenance Packs for publicly announced security
vulnerabilities (PSIRT alerts) only. Future releases may introduce patching
support for any type of fix and possibly even new functionality."
So I guess IOS will be Microsofitized and now we may, in the future, have to
deal with the patch hell that the server guys go through with keeping up on
microsoft boxes...

The OSM's not being supported was from a doc I can't find at the moment.
Historically .. things that were a significant feature change got a new
train. I wonder why this didn't.
