Hello,
Another way would be route-maps traffic divertion (policy routing),
and transparent proxy option, for example with Squid Caching Proxy.
But back in IOS 11.x days there was nasty bug, that trashed
fragmented traffic , once you put route-map on your interface.
That really broke some of my NFS traffic, back in 1999 :))
