Dear All,
I am a little confused with the GLBP protocol,

first the Doc Cd said that "A GLBP group allows up to four virtual MAC
addresses per group. The AVG is responsible for assigning the virtual MAC
addresses to each member of the group" ----> is this mean that only 4
routers can forward the traffic on the group ( primary virtual forwarder)
and the other routers are secondary standby in case one of the 4 router
fail ( secondary virtual forwarders)????

second: in case that the active virtaul forwarder fail there is two timers
are set in the redirect time I didn't understand them.

3rd: on the AVG does we configure weightening values and the AVG forward
traffic based on its weight, if we load balance weightening or it is just
load balance the traffic between the other Active forwarders.

Appreciate your help
