command ip helper-map has different format. One for the incoming interface and
another for outgoing interface.
Conversation from broadcast to multicast ip multicast helper-map broadcast
224.1.2.3. This command need to place where broadcast in.
To reverse conversation from multicast to broadcast neet to use ip multicast
helper-map 224.1.2.3 10.255.255.255. This command need to use at interface
where multicast in. And ip directed-broadcast on outgouing interface.
