How about getting this info via SNMP? oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.43.1.1.1 ,
"ccmHistoryRunningLastChanged",
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/oid/CISCO-CONFIG-MAN-MIB.oid .
Just try it and see if it works for You.
