Seems like this has "Ask the procotor" written all over it.

AFAIK there is not a real rule about conversion - so I could be as you
have it -or- in hex FEC0:A:14:1E::28/64 or in some other format
prescribed by the test writers.

I too would like to hear other thoughts on this.
