If the ip address of the int fa 0/1 is 10.20.30.40, ipv6 enabled on this
interface. How would you derive site local addressed based on ip v4
addressing scheme?

Ipv6 address FEC0:10.20.20::40/64 , is this correct representation of Site
Local address?
