There are 3 interfaces on the concentrator, you can always use the third
one which is often available, to come inside to a different VLAN....I
have implemented this in the past with no problems.

I have never heard of a secondary IP on the Concentrator, but you can
configure it in cluster mode and have a virtual IP. Not sure if the
concentrator would listen on both IPs or only on the virtual IP. I do
not
have my VPN concentrator anymore to actually test it... ;-(
