HI ..
The answer to all you wonder is easy.... tell the truth... dont ly, be
honest... If you dont know the answer to
an scenario they ask you, then tell them that you dont know the exact answer
and try convince them what you
can and where you would research the complet solution... WHAT ARE YOUR
TOOLS.... but again be honest..
If you lie about something or dont tell the truth, this will show later if
you get the job. An job intervue is there
to find out if you are the correct person to that job, and to find out that,
YOU need to tell exactly what you can
do, and who you are... nothing more or less... And, yes I would expect to
get asked to draw a design
on the whiteboard, and tell your aproshe to solve it....
For a 5 years plan, you can tell that you are looking to a manager position
if that is your plan... The intervuer (manager)
have for sure a 5 year plan himselfe also... So, if that is your plan, you
should tell them..
If your current job are paid way to low for your practical knowledge, you
could easy tell them that you are looking for
a position that are paying what you think you are worth... Everybody knows
that people change job for better pay...
that is not anything uniqe... But it does not hurt to tell them that you
have other motivations as well...
That is my opinion... I have been in my early days been in a situation
where I told my coming employer in the intervue that my knowledge
was way better than what it was, and that was no good in the long run...
Their expectation to you will be build on what
you say in that intervue, so be carefull...
Good luck
JP
