You can verify on the router on the other side of the link with
access-lists. Something like:

access-list 101 permit ip any any prec 5
access-list 101 permit ip any any dscp af11
access-list 101 permit ip any any

To see how many packets are being marked with precedence 5, or packets
marked with dscp of af11.

Also if you are using MQC, the "show policy interface" command should tell
you on the local router how many packets were marked in a particular traffic
class.
