Well it's a funny story, but in order to protect the innocent I will not
go into it. Let's say it all come down to client requirements.

You have a remote site, with a flat segment you need to have two paths
out of the site. Each path should be a different ISP. Load sharing
should be used so that at least a 40% 60% balance.

Yes, outbound load-balancing.
