On second thought, I think you are looking at a bytes vs. bits scenario
here. I just noticed that the command *priority* {*bandwidth-kbps* | *
percent* *percentage*} [*burst*] specifies that [burst] is measured in bytes
and the scenario is looking for bits per second. Hence, 8000 bytes = 64000
bits for the 200ms time interval. The thing I'm not sure about though is
that it states it should burst for 64000 bits per second. In that case,
with the time interval for the burst being 200ms, a setting of 8000 bytes
would equal 64000 bits x 5 time intervals which is 320000bps. Maybe some
else with more experience on this can help out.
