I haven't checked the scenario, but if autorp is in the picture, it might be
indicative that "ip autorp listener" is needed. Watch out for RPF failures -
you might require static mroutes. If you don't need the mroute, then
consider it like the real lab where it might just be time waster that makes
you think.

In IEWB-R&S V1 Lab 4 Task 7.2 and 7.6

7.2 Configure PIM sparse mode on the following interfaces.

7.6 Do not enable sparse-dense mode on any interface.

7.7 The use of multicast static routes is permitted.

1- If he has stated in 7.2 that we have to configure sparse, why does he
state that we should not enable sparse-dense mode ?

2- What is the benefit of mentioning 7.7,,,,though static route has not been
configure in the solution ?
