Difference between these two commands “ip dhcp-

Hi All

Could anyone explain to me, what is the difference between these two
commands "ip dhcp-server X.X.X.X" and " ip helper-address X.X.X.X" in terms
of forwarding the client dhcp request to the server.

I am confused with above two commands, not sure which one to use.
